Canada Day Event in the neighbourhood.
Thank you all for coming out and enjoying our neighbourhood Canada Day event, the ‘Party in the Park’! It was a great afternoon to let the kids play, catch up with friends, and meet some new people.
I would like to thank the sponsors of the attractions for giving their time and efforts to this event: the Red-Leaf and his volunteers, Little Critters Daycare and Playful Learning Centre, and Wes Linde -the neighbourhood kids had a blast jumping in the bouncy castle, getting their faces painted, and playing crazy games!
There was plenty of refreshments and food thanks to our local sponsors, and there were many people ready to help like Wayne Laycock, and John Corrins with his lovely wife Bree. What a spirit! I couldn’t have done it with out you!
